Please note that the distributions paid by the fund to shareholders are subject to recharacterization for tax purposes. The final tax treatment of these distributions is reported to shareholders on their 1099-DIV forms, which are mailed to shareholders after the close of each fiscal year. There is no assurance that the Fund will always be able to pay a distribution of any particular size, or that a distribution will consist of only net investment income. The Fund’s ability to maintain a stable distribution will depend on a number of factors, including the stability of income received from its investments, availability of capital gains, distributions paid on preferred shares and the level of Fund expenses.

ING CRES' closed-end funds trade on the New York Stock Exchange. Closed-end funds, unlike open-end funds, are not continuously offered. After a public offering, once issued, shares of closed-end funds frequently trade at a discount to net asset value. The price of the fund’s shares is determined by a number of factors, several of which are beyond the control of the fund. Therefore, the fund cannot predict whether its shares will trade at, below, or above net asset value. Please click here for additional legal disclosure and important information about risk.
