At a briefing held today at MAPIC, ING Real Estate, the property investment, finance and development firm, unveiled the growing importance of shopping centre refurbishments to its development business in the mature markets of Europe.

ING Real Estate appoints Scott Dwyer as General Manager Development

ING Real Estate announced today that Scott Dwyer (44) has been appointed General Manager responsible for its development business in Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic and Romania. He will also be a member of the European management team and will be based in the Netherlands and Poland. He will take up the position in the beginning of 2009.
