ING Clarion Development Fund Acquires Cape Cod Resort with Scout Real Estate
New York, NY, 18 February 2010
NEW YORK – ING Clarion Development Ventures III (CDV III), has acquired the Sea Crest Resort & Conference Center, a 23-acre waterfront property in partnership with Scout Real Estate Capital, it was announced today. CDV III, an opportunistic closed-end fund that oversees approximately $200 million in equity capital, is managed by ING Clarion Partners, a leading real estate investment advisory firm.
