Amy L. Boyle Rejoins ING Clarion Partners as Senior Vice President and Core Product CFO

AMY L. BOYLE REJOINS ING CLARION PARTNERS AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND CORE PRODUCT CFO

NEW YORK, (July 15, 2009) – ING Clarion Partners announced today that Amy Luparella Boyle, CPA, has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for one of ING Clarion Partners’ core-strategy products. Boyle rejoins the firm after three years as Vice President and Controller at GoldenTree InSite Partners, where she was responsible for all aspects of the financial and regulatory reporting for two $510M private equity real estate funds.

Previously at ING Clarion Partners, Boyle held several positions on the core-strategy portfolio team, including Senior Associate supporting the portfolio management function as well as Assistant Controller in the core-strategy finance group. While at GoldenTree InSite Partners, Boyle managed client reporting; accounting; audit; regulatory compliance and tax structuring. She was also a key member of the investor relations team. In addition, Boyle was responsible for developing and managing the company’s international financial infrastructure, including offices in New York, London and Brazil.

Boyle, a Certified Public Accountant, holds an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a Masters degree in Real Estate from New York University. She will be based in the firm’s New York City office.
