ING Clarion Partners, LLC, a leading real estate investment firm, has acquired the 141,000 square foot Eastgate Office Center in Bellevue, Washington for $41.2 million from Broadreach Capital, it was announced today. Pacific Real Estate Partners was the investment sales broker.

ING Clarion Partners, LLC, a leading real estate investment advisory firm, has entered into a joint venture with Flagstone Property Group to develop and own Island Gardens, a luxury mixed-use property in Miami. The two partners plan to invest approximately $600 million in the project, with the ground breaking in 2008. Island Gardens is slated for completion in 2010.
