Jon L. Spelke Joins ING Clarion Partners as a Senior Vice President and Development Manager

Spelke has more than 23 years of real estate industry experience, and comes to ING Clarion from Lennar Urban, where he was Vice President in charge of acquisitions and entitlements for the Western U.S. Prior to that, he was Director of Real Estate for Hillman Properties Inc. and was responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities and overseeing the management of existing investments in the Western U.S.

Spelke earned his B.A. from Northeastern University.
