Timothy Zietara Joins ING Clarion Capital

NEW YORK, (October 28) – ING Clarion Capital, an affiliate of ING Real Estate Investment Management, announced that Timothy Zietara has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President. Zietara will be an important addition to a new debt platform that will focus on providing capital to the commercial real estate market, including developers and managers of institutional assets. Zietara’s team will also look to purchase existing non-securitized loans from banks and other financial institutions.

Diane Tanner Fox Joins ING Clarion Partners

NEW YORK, (October 13) – ING Clarion Partners LLC, a leading real estate investment advisor, announced today that Diane Tanner Fox has joined the firm’s Hospitality Investments Group as a Senior Vice President. Fox will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s hospitality properties, a portfolio that currently consists of 189 hotels with more than 26,000 guest rooms and a total gross asset value in excess of $3.5 billion.

ING Clarion Partners Closes Investment Fund

NEW YORK, (September 29) – ING Clarion Partners LLC, a leading real estate investment advisor and the U.S. operating arm of ING Real Estate Investment Management, announced today that it had recently closed ING Clarion Development Ventures III (CDV III), to new investment capital. The Fund, the third in a series, raised more than $200 million from seven institutional investors.
